Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Franklin / Milford Area

This place is very nice! It has a lot of An anemias anyone could want! Soft pillows, bed was not to hard! The room I stayed had a kitchen, private room, living room, whirlpool bathtub! Hot breakfast is served! My stay was very comfortable!

Breakfast is nothing special. There's juice and coffee so that's a plus. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. From my room you can see right into another bedroom which is a little disturbing. The only blinds are blackout. Hotel staff are friendly, I locked myself out of my room and they promptly provided me with another.

Love the staff here very nice. Rooms are more than clean. We got a room with a kitchen which was very cool. We loved how big the rooms were too. Deffently worth staying here for business. The complementary breakfast is also very delicious alot of different foods to choose from. They also have night time specials and cookies! 5 out of 5 would stay here again.

Our suite with a fully-equipped kitchenette was large, clean and quiet; the bathroom was spotless. The staff , Matt and Ashley, were upbeat and helpful. We had a late dinner at Joe's -- a 5 min drive away. They serve a complimentary breakfast here, and last night, we could have had the free chili at the hotel, with the home-made chocolate chip cookies. All in all, a wonderful and affordable resting spot.

Convenient and Quiet place for a long weekend visiting family. This is now a Best Western Residence inn. The hot tob/spa was great and the pool seemed good, although I did not use it. Workout room had adequate machines and also yoga mats/excercise balls! Breakfasts were just okay, even though they had a good variety. There never were more than a couple of people eating at a time...maybe the business travelers eat earlier? My only issues are that the shower never got very hot; Just hot enough, and someone on the floor was smoking, in a non-smoking hotel. The corridor reeked for 3 days, so I know that the staff must have been aware. Otherwise, the staff wa lovely.

Great rooms, quiet, higher end have full kitchenette, fold out couch and sitting area, lots of mirrors and friendly staff. The grounds outside are beautiful, and only a few short minutes from any shopping you might need, or major highways. Basketball courts, hot tubs, gym, hot tub/pool, cheap 3x3 laundry, small snack shop and free breakfast every day, dinner two nights a week. Room keys are solid and last for weeks if need be. Deluxe beds and tons of pillows. One of my favorite places to stay.

The suites here have been recently rennovated and are immaculately clean. The included breakfast was tasty and made this an excellent value. The hotel is still completing the renovations, i hope that the pool/spa area is planned to be redone as well, it was not at the same standard as our room, but nothing that would make me rate this hotel any less.

Sometimes customer service wins out over aesthetics. My family and I needed a night out of our house due to a water issue. This was not only conveniently located but hotwire had a great deal which made it a very economical option as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome here.
